SISTEM KOMUNIKASI INDONESIA DI ERA DIGITAL (SEBUAH KAJIAN LITERATUR)

Abstrak

Each country builds its own communication system according to the needs and demands of its progress and development. Pancasila as a state ideology can be used as a basic framework for building a national communication system and can even be developed into a national communication paradigm. The purpose of this study is to explain whether the Indonesian communication system exists and refers to or is based on Pancasila values and how the Pancasila communication system is operationalized in Indonesia. The theory used is the theory of communication systems and the Pancasila communication system. This research method uses a qualitative method with a literature study type. The results of the study explain that the Pancasila communication system has been tested and developed since the beginning, but political and social dynamics distorted it until the communication system was constructed based on alternating leadership styles from period to period. The Indonesian communication system is a Pancasila communication system because it is a system built on the values of Pancasila as the basis and ideology of the state, secondly that the Pancasila communication system is open, the operation of the Pancasila communication system emphasizes all dimensions of the lives of individual humans, society, government institutions must be able to translate the operationalization of the Pancasila communication system in all fields and patterns as a standard system that is more useful and very useful for the progress of the nation's civilization in a sustainable manner. Suggestion It is necessary to build a Pancasila communication study center at Bung Karno University.
